finfin, is this the comment you're referring to? "The Judge said let's hurry this along. The cameras and audio are still rolling"What cameras??? Cameras were not allowed in this trial..............
No, sweet, that was Putnam not the juror. Don't know what became of that juror - can't see any such reference, in this link at least:You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

My initial impression, though I need to re-read, was that he started out emphasising how great MJ was and how he'd never seen evidence of him doing medication etc, then he switched to this 'loopy', inadequate picture.I feel his testimony was wierd too. It is so contradictory. What does he wanna say anyways? and did Payne say he saw Myrray at the rehearsals?Well after all this hoax is made of contradictions , healthy vs sickly, doubles vs Michael, drug addict vs non drug addict and the list goes on...... I am starting to think we will never get to know the real truth because if Michael never wanted us to know it why would he want us to know it now?, remember one thing is "MJ" another very different is "Michael" and MJ is supposedly a drug addict, child abuser, sickly person etc however I am sure Michael is nothing of that, if Michael lives for controversy I am not so sure now that this hoax is made to clear his name but only to expose that he was surrounded by leeches who were willing to do anything to get his money and so warn the world about these evil behaviours.

Register or LoginPutman is not a juror??Sorry sweet, I obviously didn't make myself clear. Your English is so good that I forget it is not your first language and I don't always write clearly. I apologise!I was answering your earlier comment about the juror who had said he wasn't sure MJ was dead. You said you thought he had in the end stipulated that he was dead. My comment was to point out it was the AEG lawyer Putnam who had agreed to stipulate (that MJ was dead), not that juror.Again, I'm sorry for the mix-up!
I wish we had eyes inside the courtroom like we did during Murray's trial. We would have a better idea and make up our minds by looking at these witnesses and their body language. After almost 4 years of investigating, I believe we've all become very good at reading people............We may even see a pumpkin, a rabbit and an elephant or two...................if only we could see inside the courtroom!!!!!!Did we hear from the juror who at the beginning was saying that he wasn't sure that Michael is dead? Did they keep him or replace him?
Jackson Hit With $20-Million Lawsuit : Pop music: The pop star faces a fraud and breach-of-contract claim by the promoter of his canceled 'Dangerous' tour. The singer performed only 24 of the 43 shows.December 29, 1993 CHUCK PHILIPSSPECIAL TO THE TIMES Embattled pop star Michael Jackson was sued Tuesday for more than $20 million in a fraud and breach-of-contract claim by the promoter of his abruptly canceled "Dangerous World Tour."The suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleges that Jackson refuses to reimburse Marcel Avram, the owner of Munich-based Mama Concerts, the money for debts resulting from cancellations on the tour. But in Tuesday's lawsuit, Avram alleges that Jackson's conduct and performance problems resulted from the entertainer's addiction to morphine and Demerol. The suit claims that agents or advisers for Jackson provided the singer with a supply of drugs and deceived Avram by misrepresenting the singer's health problems. False information about the status of Jackson's health was unknowingly used by the promoter on Aug. 17 to obtain an insurance policy from Lloyds of London to guarantee against financial losses resulting from Jackson's failure or inability to perform scheduled concerts on the tour, the suit says. The settlement of the insurance policy is now in question. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
I agree, Paula. I wonder if we'll be given regular updates if this goes to trial.
