Read the article above. Dont you just love the quote from John Branca:
The remarkable thing is to make the biggest deal in history in a market with declining record sales. It's a pretty big thing," Branca said. "It's a testament to Michael's incredible talent and his music. It's really an honour to be part of this."
He added that "there's more to come" but declined to elaborate. He also would not discuss the finances or specific details of the deal.

When was dealing with AEG was there any negotiations for a CD?
Nope - is that the answer is that way it took so long until the realise of the rehearsal footage in October ?
was mike renegotiating with sony prior to death or is this a post death contract?
i wonder about the wording of the deal
because for $200mil would you come back?
would the deal be off if he came back - probably not but the terms may be renegotiated
