your assumption is that it is not revealed that mike is alive?
I have a question.Let's say he really is alive and that Murray really gets convicted.And lets say there is people still after him that figured out that he is alive.If Murray is convicted for unvoluntary manslaughter on Michael --then what happens if the conspiracy people finds Michael after the conviction and kills him?Nothing!Because a man can't die twice, and there would already be someone in prison for his death.Right?
I have to say though, I think it unlikely that Murray will get convicted. His attorney got a nurse aquitted for basically the same crime. There is no FDA control on propophol which puts a kink in things. Unfortunately, case law is usually the deciding factor. In other words if he does get a conviction it may very well be overturned because of previous cases that were similar.
