From Wiki:
Standing near the spaceship, E.T.'s heart glows as he prepares to return home. Mary, Gertie, and "Keys", a government agent, show up. E.T. says goodbye to Michael and Gertie, and before entering the spaceship, tells Elliott "I'll be right here", pointing his glowing finger to Elliott's heart. E.T. then picks up the flower pot Gertie gave him, walks into the spaceship, and takes off, leaving a rainbow in the sky as Elliott watches the ship leave.
The weird hand in the gurney. LaToya's index finger swollen. I think u r right.
I had a horrible reception and couldn't watch it all - bummer :(
Anyways, what I noticed is that Dr Murray and Paul Gongaware (CEO of AEG Live) seemed to be wearing the same time and Kenny Ortega's was really close in color too. They were all blue. Perhaps someone will be able to put up a screen shot of these three for comparison. I'll try as well.

Is it just me or is it really odd that there was a lot of laughter and loud talking on the background of Murray's audio interview. It sounded like there was a party going on.. suspicious// Weird, in such a serious case like this, I would prefer a more quiet place to do an interview :?

The family is speaking out. I wonder what the lies and innuendoes are? And why a soap opera?
Today on HLN there was another odd commercial, did anyone see it? There was a commercial about seeing the world in super focus. It wasn't a commercial but a message.
Then when his assistant Michael A. Williams pointed out to Murray he pointed to CM's gray suit and he also has on a gray suit. They both have gray suits and yellow ties. Yesterday it was blue ties.
Then there was a mention of Keys.
The video of the phone message was odd too. What was that?
Now Jane Valez is talking about CM's message on the Iphone. How is she keeping a straight face?
Wait...now HLN has on a lawyer named "Joseph" w/a yellow tie and gray suit. He just repeated, MJ died so fast he had no time to close his eyes.
Now the other anchor(with a yellow tie) just said the lawyer is taking Moon Shots???? Was that improv class??? And jurors have 3 ring...circus...I mean binders....what???We never see the jury. I can't too funny.
Dr. Gupta said MJ played possum?????
the pattern on that tie appears like it's both. Sunflowers when viewed as a complete pattern and maple leaf when focussing on the dark centres. It seems both are present. perception?
@Anna, you sure you see Sunflowers in his tie? I have heard a lot of people say this but I'm not sure they are. Sunflowers should have a round, dark center, not a feathery (uneven) one so I'm getting tripped up there.
Hi there,
Maybe I have totally lost it, but I would swear that the judge I saw today was not the same judge Michael Pastor that's been sitting in that seat. In fact does anyone have that picture of him with the yellow cab on his bench? That is not the same judge!!!!!
I can't seem to find any old pictures from the preliminary hearings, but I know I'm not senile! :x
Blessings,

I'm confused about the Judge Pastor thing too. What happened to taxi cab Judge? Wasn't that Judge Michael Pastor? I feel like I'm forgetting something here and I wasn't able to find those pics again to track down his name.

Yes, I agree about there being more than one Judge Michael Pastor. I'm also interested in the name. It makes me think of "Michael - Past..or..Present" ??? :D
Dr. Gupta said MJ played possum?????What a great analogy to MJ's "death"!
Apparent death, colloquially known as playing dead or playing possum, is an antipredator behavior observed in a wide range of animals in which they take on the appearance of being dead to an observer. This could either be an involuntary reflex action, as in tonic immobility; or an adaptive behavior as in thanatosis, which is used both as a defense mechanism and as a form of aggressive mimicry.
Tonic immobility is a natural state of paralysis that animals enter, in most cases when presented with a threat. Some scientists relate it to mating in certain animals like the shark. Some sharks can be placed in a tonic state. The shark remains in this state of paralysis for an average of fifteen minutes before it recovers. Scientists have exploited this phenomenon to study shark behaviour. The effects of chemical shark repellent have been studied to test effectiveness and to narrow down dose sizes, concentrations, and time to awaken.[1]
In animal behaviour, thanatosis (from the Greek noun θανάτωσις meaning "putting to death") is the process by which an animal feigns death in order to evade unwelcome attention.
For defensive purposes, thanatosis hinges on the pursuers' becoming unresponsive to its victim, as most predators only catch live prey.[
In the spider species Pisaura mirabilis, male spiders often stage elaborate rituals of gift-giving and thanatosis to avoid getting eaten by female spiders during mating.
In the cichlid Haplochromis livingstoni, thanatosis serves an aggressive purpose. The large predatory fish will lie down on its side on the bottom sediments and assume a blotchy coloration. Scavengers, attracted to what seems like a dead fish, will approach the predator to investigate. H. livingstoni then abandons the pretense, righting itself again and quickly eating any scavenger unfortunate enough to come too close
..I couldnt believe it!There were giggles throughout the courtroom, even conrad managed a smile. It is the most unprofessional courtroom setting i have ever witnessed. My local courtroom is far more pro than this.
Anyone watching the trial live right now? An alarm just went off (not to mention the judge told yet ANOTHER joke, making everyone laugh.. again. So professional, right? lol) Reminds me of the alarm that went off at UCLA on the 25th. And wasn't there an alarm heard in the background of the audio? So many alarms.

Starting from the wrong oath, everything said and done in this court room is potentially wrong and manipulated.
My gut feeling: 80% wrong, 20% right.
Official reporters are authorized to administer oaths per Code of Civil Procedure 2093(a). Occasionally they are called upon to do so, in which case the following information is helpful.
Civil Procedure Oaths to Witness (Chapter Law 688, Statutes of 2000)
Chapter Law 688 of the Statutes of 2000, effective January 1, 2001, repeals Sections 2095 to 2097 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The old law specifies the form of an oath to a witness and variations of the oath to suit the belief of a witness.
The amended law provides that the oath is to no longer include the word "swear", which is replaced with the word "state".
The amended law also provides for an alternative form of the oath for a person who desires to affirm, declare or to avoid swearing or using the phrase, "so help you God."
The oath to a witness is as follows:
"You do solemnly state that the testimony you may give in the cause now pending before this court shall be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you God."
(See Section 2094, Code of Civil Procedure.)
The oath to multiple witnesses is as follows:
"You, and each of you, do solemnly state that the testimony you may give in the cause now pending before this court shall be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you God."
The alternative oath to a witness is as follows:
"You do solemnly state, under penalty of perjury, that the testimony you may give in the cause now pending before this court shall be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth."
The basic form of the oath to children of tender years is as follows:
"Do you promise that everything you tell here today will be the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth?"
or
"You do solemnly state that you will tell the truth, so help you God."
The court may wish to adopt its own form and/or to administer the oath. In the case of a child under 10 years, the court, in its discretion, may require the child only to promise to tell the truth. Check with the court prior to administering this oath.
When the jury is to review the premises, use the following form of oath to the shower:
"You so solemnly state that you will well and truly perform the duties of a shower of the premises in this case, that you will not allow anyone to speak to the jury concerning this case nor do so yourself except to point out physical objects upon the premises as directed by the court, so help you God."
When recalling a witness, the procedure depends largely upon the policy of the particular court. The witness should either be re-sworn or reminded of his/her oath by the judge or clerk, as policy directs.
A suggested form of reminder for use by clerks is:
"Mr. __________________ or Miss/Mrs. _______________, you have been previously placed under oath and remain so. Please take the stand and re-state your name for the record."
This is giving oath variants that are authorized in Caliland:
The oath to a witness is as follows:
"You do solemnly state that the testimony you may give in the cause now pending before this court shall be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you God."
(See Section 2094, Code of Civil Procedure.)
The alternative oath to a witness is as follows:
"You do solemnly state, under penalty of perjury, that the testimony you may give in the cause now pending before this court shall be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth."

California Perjury Laws
Penal Code 118 PC The California law of perjury is defined under Penal Code 118 PC. A person commits perjury in this state when he/she deliberately give false information while under oath. You are subject to prosecution for perjury if you willfully give false information in any of the following circumstances:
- when testifying in court,
- when being deposed,
- in a signed affidavit,
- in a signed declaration, or
- in a signed certificate.
1. How Does the Prosecutor Prove that I Committed Perjury?
In order to establish that you committed perjury under California law, the prosecutor must prove each of the following four facts (otherwise known as "elements of the crime"):
- That you made a deliberate or willful statement,
- knowing that the statement was false,
- that you were under an oath to tell the truth at the time you made the statement, and
- that the statement was (or related to) a "material" fact.1
Knowing that your statement was false This element goes to the heart of a California perjury case. if you don't knowingly provide false information, you can't be convicted of this offense.
"Mistake of fact" will serve as an absolute defense to this charge.5
In order to be convicted of perjury under Penal Code 118 PC, you must knowingly make an unequivocally false statement. Literally true but misleading or unresponsive statements do not amount to perjury.6 Similarly, a witness who gives literally true answers may not be convicted of this offense for failing to volunteer more explicit information.7
Example: The judge asked Rick, a prospective juror in a criminal case, if anybody in his immediate family had ever been arrested. Rick told the judge that his son got arrested years ago for possession of a controlled substance (http://www.shouselaw.com/hs-11350.html). He failed to tell the judge that he, himself, had also been arrested for the same offense.even though Rick knows that his own arrest is also relevant to the judge's inquiry.
Although Rick failed to disclose his own arrest, his statement that his son had been arrested was true. The way that Rick answered the question was misleading.it implied that his son was the only one arrested.but it was nonetheless true. As a result, even though Rick failed to volunteer his own arrest, he will be exempt from a perjury conviction based on the literal truth of his statement.
That said, you can subject yourself to a California perjury charge if you make a willful statement while unaware of its truth.8 If you make a statement knowing that you are unaware of whether it is true.with the intent that it should be accepted as true.you could be prosecuted as if you had made a false statement.9
Example: Adding to the above scenario, suppose that the judge followed up by asking Rick if his son has had any subsequent "run-ins" with the law. Rick's answer was "absolutely not". The fact is that Rick's son lives in another state and the two haven't spoken or communicated in years. While it could be true that Rick's son hasn't since been arrested, Rick knew when he answered that he had no actual knowledge about his son's legal situation.
When Rick testified that his son "absolutely" hadn't suffered any other arrests.intending that the judge accept his answer as the truth.he committed perjury.
It bears repeating that making a statement knowing that you are unaware of whether or not it is actually true.with the intent that it should be accepted as true.can trigger criminal liability for perjury just as if you testify to something you know to be false.
Finally, even though it may prove to be false, an oath of office that contained an unfulfilled promise of future conduct doesn't qualify as perjury.10

Hi Everybody! So this trial is pretty interesting isn't it? For those that heard the alarm go off on Friday Sep. 30th, I heard it too. In fact just seconds after I started hearing the alarm during the trial I decided to make a tweet about it./cook/ /bravo/
(http://i985.photobucket.com/albums/ae337/cjcntx/TrialAlarm.jpg)
At the time I was just making a light-hearted tweet about the alarm to lighten the moment. Later when trial was over and I had more time to pay attention to Twitter, I noticed that somebody was claiming that the alarm had gone off at 2:26 pm California time, which is the time Michael was "officially declared dead". I went back to my tweet and checked the time I had sent it. It said I had sent it 3 hours earlier, and when I put my mouse over the "3 hours ago" link the actual time popped up. I'm in Texas which is two hours later than California time, so my 4:27 pm was 2:27 pm California time. Like I said, I heard the alarm go off, and after I laughed for a few seconds, I went and tweeted my message about Michael being a Joker. So, the alarm did go off at 2:26 California time!
This just confirms for me even more that Michael is sending us clues to Keep The Faith.

I'd like to know what the white fuzzy is. Between Grace's screenshot and mine (scroll up to view) you can see how it was first only half visible on Thursday, and then fully visible on Friday. The brown thing in the plant looks a little like a waffle.

Thank you for the confirmation that the time on my computer is correct. I did post on Twitter too asking if anyone else noticed the time and I received a couple of confirmations saying the time was correct. Unless we have MJ's ghost in the house making his presence known that was a deliberate wake up call.
I loved reading what everyone else observed. I have noticed quite a few paralells to 2003-2005 events but I want to write it all down to see if it makes sense.
Blessings!
Kenny didn't even know what time it was...remember he said to the lawyer that MJ moved to the Staples Center near the end of June and the lawyer was like 'but Michael died June 25th 2009'...and Kenny still looked confused.
And did you hear Judge Pastor explanation as to why the alarm went off? "A child set it off". So there are children playing unsupervised in the courthouse during this trial freely touching whatever they want? Or maybe the judge meant an adult behaving like a child...

On June 8, 1967 on a hot clear afternoon, Israeli air forces, combined later with naval forces, initiated an attack on an American intelligence vessel -- the USS Liberty.[1] The air-sea attack took 34 lives and injured 171 crewmen.[2] The Israeli government explained the attack was an error due to misidentification of the ship. The American government has officially accepted the Israeli apology, yet continues to conceal many facts of the incident from the American public. There was a disparity between the official history of this event and the accounts of the surviving crewmen of the Liberty. The disparity forces a more comprehensive explanation of the events. Investigation of the deliberateness of the attack and the response of the United States government, as well as the cultural and political context of the middle to late 1960s, is revealing. This factual and contextual evidence demonstrates that the attack was in fact intentional and subsequently covered-up by the United States government.

Well, that is interesting. Nobody would put a newbie on a case like this, would they? Plus, if he just passed the Bar this year how could he have been representing Murray for over a year? Hmmm...do you know the name of the guest lawyer?

Hello, reading all your comments regarding this trial makes me feel better and I truly believe that MJ is alive and well.Chernoff was incredibly boring...is he a real lawyer ? lolol/ Did anyone noticed when the paramedic Seneff was talking about what happened there and what he wrote they showed us a paper that said "Micheal Jackson" and the date of birth 28.08.1958 ?
Hahahaha, I missed the alarm - txs for posting. The faces are hilarious.

Offtopic, but not completely:
I had a conversation with my colleague, yesterday, (male, married, 2 kids, doesn't care about anything about Michael except that yes, he did a few good songs. He comes up pretty tough at times trying to ridicule me - despite, despite he has noticed some serious wrong stuff is going on in the world, so we sometimes still find a level to talk, LOL).
I told him about the stuffed toys in court and the photo with the missing legs. We continued towards 9II and that a lie just needs to be big enough to be believed because people would say "I saw it with my own eyes" (through a TV channel) and they would be 100% sure they saw the truth.
If anything proves that a lie just needs to be big enough to be believed, it is Michael's disappearance and this trial.
Kick off a snowball with a few and the rest will fall into desired place.
If Michael can do it, anybody can do it.
Financial gamblers and governments included.
The longer this lie runs uncovered despite all obvious inconsistencies, the more this proves how manipulated we are.
Another realization:
the more others tell us and overwhelm us with their blabla, the less questions we are asking.
It is a tactic to fill us up and choke our mind.
End of offtopic. Gonna go watch the alarm again LOL

Hi All,
I couldn't watch the trial after they returned from lunch, so I was not watching when the alarm went off. Therefore I have some questions. How did the judge know that it was a child that set the alarm off? Did someone come into the courtroom and tell him that it was pulled by a child?
Second, someone wrote above that the alarm rang 7 rings 4 times. If that is the case did everyone in the courtroom just sit there? So I guess I need to know who told everyone to stay in their seats and how quickly were they told this. Because every where I have ever worked where the building had fire alarms, when they went off you had better well evacuate the building even if it was a drill!! Can someone fill in the details here. Otherwise the fire alarm was wrote into the script like everything else. ;)
Hi Everybody! So this trial is pretty interesting isn't it? For those that heard the alarm go off on Friday Sep. 30th, I heard it too. In fact just seconds after I started hearing the alarm during the trial I decided to make a tweet about it.

This factual and contextual evidence demonstrates that the attack was in fact intentional and subsequently covered-up by the United States government.Good observation about the exhibit 22 online pointing to this OTHER attack by Israel on US property (besides 911)--the alarm drawing attention to this. I'd read a bit about this a while back. But now since the MJ hoax my eyes notice the numerology there. Interesting numbers, 3+4=7, 171. Seems these numbers aren't all connected to Michael, since we also noticed them with the Chilean minor story, and other events probably too numerous to mention.

Oprah: I have to ask you this, so many mothers in my audience have said to please ask you this question. Why do you grab your crotch?
Michael: (giggels) Why do I grab my crotch?
Oprah: You've got a thing with your crotch going on there.
Michael: I think it happens subliminally. When you're dancing, you know, you are just interpreting the music and the sounds and the accompaniment. If there's a driving base, if there's a chello, if there's a string, you become the emotion of what the sound is. So if I'm doing a movement and I go "Bam" and I grab myself it's...it's the music that compels me to do it. It's not that I'm saying that I'm dying to grab down there and it's not in a great place, you don't think about it, it just happens. Sometimes I'll look back at the footage and I go...and I go, "Did I do that?", so I'm a slave to the rhythm,...(smoke detectors go off in the house)...yeah, OK.

Just curious....has anybody managed to get a really clear view of the name bar on front of the desk where Michael E Pastor sits?
If so - does it say Michael E Pastor?
All the pics and vids I have managed to view so far don't have a clear view of it......it's either obstructed by the banner of broadcaster or it is blurry.
And here is the badge that was for sale to the public. Like i said, I'll look for the website where I got this information.

I saw that too - If they supposedly got that information from his drivers license when they I.D him, how could they get that wrong?
Also...has anyone been watching when the jurors come out of the court at the end of the day? I think a camera man from TMZ usually races over to where they exit to watch them coming out. Anyway, the reason I mention it, is I happen to watch it on Friday and there is one man on the jury that looks like he's in "costume" or like a disguise. rr/ Something about his skin color looked odd...and the hair was a little "off". He looked a little "theatrical" is the best way I can describe him.
Anyone else see it? :geek:
Does anyone know how to take screen stills from a live video feed? I just know they will show this man again.
...so does this mean Michael could even be sitting in the jury box???!!
(Jury #128 African American male, 54, technical director for TV, cousin is a judge and another cousin who's a lawyer, his dad died of alcoholism, juror on 3 cases, loved the Jackson 5 as a kid, now likes Jay Z.)
.....also too I noticed alot of the jurors had some related issues to alcoholism---either themselves or family members- not sure of the significance of that if any, just thought I'd mention it. :?

Michael deserves more then an Oscar.. He is fantastic, slurring his words.. He is coherent that is for sure, he knows what he was talking about, so they cannot say he was drunk, doped or anything else. To me it sounds Michael did it un purpose like everything else he does, with the media. Jermaine vouched it.. Michael knew what he was saying, it was so beautiful for what he wants to do for the children in hospital. Does that sound a man who wants to kill himself with propofol? Give me a break..
Murray will be free, and Michael will come back. This is a great lessons to all the media in this world, to get the facts straight before any printing. blessings.

Good job, Michael - you have the media buying this hook, line, and sinker.
My request: can we see a picture on the judges desk of his mother? Thank you in advance :)

Elissa Fleak The bone collector By Christine Pelisek published: May 15, 2008If you’re a hiker out for an afternoon stroll along the hilly areas of Santa Clarita and Lancaster, or you’re relaxing on one of Malibu’s beaches, or working at one of L.A.’s freshly dug construction sites, there’s a surprisingly good chance you’ll stumble across Native American remains — although you’d probably never realize it. Coroner investigator Elissa Fleak knows, better than almost anyone, the subtle signs and tiny clues missed by millions of other Californians. “We know most of the gravesites in Los Angeles County,” she says. “Indians roved everywhere back in the day.” For instance, she notes, “Chumash elders would walk toward the water and die peacefully by the beach.” The pint-sized dark-haired Nancy Drew of ancient bones is a Mono Indian, as well as the coroner’s tribal liaison for Native American remains, and its representative under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act. It’s her job to determine the ancestry of remains and return the bones to their tribes for proper burial. The L.A. County Coroner at least twice a month identifies Native American remains, mostly belonging to the Gabrielino/Tongva or the Chumash.
- (http://vvoice.vo.llnwd.net/e14//the-bone-collector.2156475.40.jpg) (http://www.laweekly.com/photoGallery/?gallery=222201)
Sometimes, those discoveries are closer to “home.” Six months ago, 31-year-old Fleak — whose great-great-great-great-grandfather was a medicine man — was asked to determine the ancestry of a skull brought to the coroner’s office by a high school teacher who’d kept it on display in her classroom for the last 20 years. (A student who’d found it on a relatives’ farm in Northern California had given the skull to her.) With the help of an anthropologist, Fleak determined that it was the skull of a Yurok Indian woman who died 300 years ago.
When she isn’t returning Native American remains to their ancestral burial grounds, Fleak has another highly specialized, if darker, skill: She unravels the mysteries of how children die, from infants snuffed out at night by their own parents’ bodies thanks to co-sleeping to teens who cut off their own breath with ropes and belts to get a buzz, but instead become the latest victims of the “choking game.”

Do The Bartman Lyrics
Artist(Band):The Simpsons
Bart:
Yo! Hey what's happening dude?
I'm a guy with a rep for bein' rude.
Terrorizin' people wherever I go,
It's not intentional, just keepin' the flow.
Fixin' test scores to get the best scores,
Droppin' banana peels all over the floor,
I'm the kid that made delinquency an art,
Last name, Simpson; first name, Bart.
I'm here today to introduce the next phase,
The next step in the big Bart craze.
I got a dance, real easy to do,
I learned it with no rhythm and so can you!
So move your body, if you got the notion,
Front to back in a rock-like motion.
Now that you got it, if you think you can,
Do it to the music, that's the Bartman
Back-up Singers:
Everybody if you can, do the Bartman!
Shake you body, turn it out, if you can, man!
Move you butt to the side, yes you can, can!
Everybody in the house, do the Bartman
(x2)
Bart:
It wasn't long ago, just a couple of weeks,
I got in trouble, yeah, pretty deep.
Homer was yellin', mom was, too,
Because I put mothballs in the beef stew.
Punishment time, in the air lurks gloom,
Sittin' by myself, confined to my room.
When all else fails, nothin' else left to do,
I turn on the music, so I can feel the groove!
Back-up Singers:
Move your body, if you got the notion,
Front to back in a rock-like motion.
Move your hips from side to side now,
Don't ya slip, let your feet glide now.
If you've got the groove, you gotta use it.
Rock rhythm in time with the music.
You just might start a chain reaction...
Bart: If you can do the Bart, you're bad like Michael Jackson.
Back-up Singers:
Everybody if you can, do the Bartman!
Shake you body, turn it out..If you can, man!
Move your butt to the side as you can, can!
Everybody in the house do the Bartman...Do the Bartman!
Bart: Do the Bartman!
Everybody back and forth, from side to side.
Back-up Singers: Do the Bartman!
Bart: Do the Bartman!
Now here's a dance beat that you can't deny!
Homer: Turn it down! Will you stop that infernal racket?
Back-up Singers: Do the Bartman!
Bart:
Oh my ears! Lisa! Put that saxophone away!
You can't touch this!
I didn't do it. Nobody saw me do it. You can't prove anything.
Now, I'm in the house feelin' good to be home,
'Til Lisa starts blowin' her damn saxophone.
And if it was mine, you know they'd take it away,
But still I'm feelin' good, so that's okay.
I'm up in my room, just a-singin' a song,
Listenin' to the kicks while I'm kickin' along.
Yeah, Lisa likes jazz, she's her number one fan,
But I know I'm bad, 'cause I do the Bartman!
Back-up Singers:
Everybody, if you can do the Bartman!
Shake your body, turn it out if you can, man!
Move your butt to the side, as you can, can!
Everybody in the house, do the Bartman! Do the Bartman!
Bart: Do the Bartman!
Everybody back and forth from side to side.
Back-up Singers: Do the Bartman!
Bart: Do the Bartman!
She can do it, he can do it, so can I!
Back-up Singers:
If you've got the groove, you gotta use it.
Rock rhythm in time with the music.
You just might start a chain reaction...
Bart: I'm a Bartman.
Back-up Singers:
Everybody, if you can, do the Bartman!
Shake your body, turn it out, if you can, man!
Move your butt to the side, as you can, can!
Everybody in the house do the Bartman!
Move you body, if you got the notion,
Skake your body to the rock-like motion!
Move your hips from side to side now,
Don't ya slip, let your feet glide now!
If you've got your groove, you gotta use it!
Rock rhythm in time with the music!
Bart: Eat your heart out, Michael!
Back-up Singers: You just might start a chain reaction...
Bart: Oh wow, man.

LOL - I am not sure if they are supposed to be that sloppy or if they are just messing up. It's rather funny because the prosecutor didn't wear protective gloves while handling the evidence today. It reminded me of the magazine incident in the 2005 trial.
The other thing I noticed but I'm not sure if it's usually done this way (doesn't sound like it should be) is that the judge tells the jury that if the information doesn't line up with what they remember to just go with their own interpretation. What about going with the facts that are presented?
I saw the StarLine name on the blood pressure cuff box again and I'm sure it's a variation of the tour line. I'm going to search for the pictures and will post them.
:) Blessings!
Can I ask for something? ;D
I wanna see a pair of sunglasses on a table somewhere in the court room :)
Okay - so I am finding a StarLine manufacturer of blood pressure cuffs so perhaps it's real but I'm sure it has double meaning. Here is the picture of both companies. Also, TMZ has a connection to the StarLine Tours... :)

If this supposed to be a dead body, than why does the skin looks absolutely alive? I mean no changes into white or blue.... A couple of years ago i saw with my own two eyes a diver trying to be resuscitated by other divers and the man turned into blue and purple within seconds........I must tell you this memory is hunting me since then, i just saw it from a distance, but a human dying near you is the worst experience i've had in my life.........Luckily he survived, but still i don't understand, both on the ambulance picture (ok it's FAKE!!!) and both in the gurney picture the man/a mannequin/Michael looks completely full of life..... ...or to me at least, anyone else?
The Cali flag in the court room is not the correct one. The official flag does not carry any yellow sun rays in it.
Except - well ... except it is both in court - front Caliland, back Simpsons.
"Let's do the Bart, man..." LOL

Susie got your number
And Susie ain't your friend
Look who took you under
With seven inches in
Blood is on the dance floor
Blood is on the knife
Susie got your number
You know Susie says its right
Perhaps he will be standing right in front of us---in the FLESH…………

Elephant is still there but the chimp statue that was on the phone table is now moved to the shelf above it...I love it how they randomly place things in that court room lol
Hey my MJ Family...I just want to add about the death bed photo.I witnessed my Mom, Dad, and Grandmother's Deaths...they all died battling cancer. Not one of them ever turn blue after they stopped breathing. My Grandma and Dad both looked like they had a white veil come down over their face and continued down over their body. My Mom did not change in color at all. I agree that Michael's color in that photo does not look like a deceased person. Just wanted to share my own personal experience....thanks!Love & Blessings to all!! bearhug
Just wanted to add...that I wasn't trying to say that all people do not turn blue....was just sharing that in some cases they do not. I think it has to due to lack of oxygen in the body.

How about all that pee in his bladder! 3 jars, over 500 mls - that’s one fancy bladder! When someone dies their muscles relax and all that comes out. My mom was a nurse, in her day they actually plugged the back end after death and put a pad under the front end. She shook her head when I told her about the amount of pee in his body. Yet... no one asks this question - not even of the so called specialists blabbing on TV afterwards!?! MJ was "dead" for hours before the autopsy - no way would there be any pee. And by the way - he was dehydrated????
yea they showed that doll.... WTF?? it looked really creepy....
Skyways - THANK YOU so much for taking the time to dissect the information like you have. It takes a lot of time but I hope you continue doing this throughout the trial.
It's becoming much clearer that this is a hoax and not a sting. I say that because to me there seems to be too much information for our entertainment rather than to catch someone in a trap.
Saying that, the only trap anyone is falling into is the media who used to desecrate Michael's good name are now singing his praises...with the exception of some hold-outs ::)
Great job with the other observations - this is no coincidence. No way, no how.
Blessings :)

Exactly. Very nice catch. I thought the same. He was dehydrated, so where did all the pee come from? Another contradiction.

Yet... no one asks this question - not even of the so called specialists blabbing on TV afterwards!?! MJ was "dead" for hours before the autopsy - no way would there be any pee. And by the way - he was dehydrated????
Exactly. Very nice catch. I thought the same. He was dehydrated, so where did all the pee come from? Another contradiction.
Pic of stuff on the dresser:
Editorial pics of children (from like the 30's?)
Naked juice
Youth Essence Moisturizing Cream
and on the bed:
a girl doll
Also...what happened to Murray's soulful looks to the camera? Now he looks defeated.
When the defense showed the gloves today it reminded me of the d**d Michael picture with MJ's hand.Good connection! Could the glove on the MJ “death” photo indicate that he is both “dead” patient and doctor at the same time?? (Murray/Michael?)
The toxicologist was all that until the prosecutor started questioning him! He said there was enough blood in the I.V. tube (I think it was the IV Tube) to do a DNA test in the future. Which is EXACTLY what I think will happen....which will reveal that it wasn't MJ!!! Another thing he said was that it could have been anybody's urine...not necessarily MJ's! Wot Wot!

Murray lied, how unusual. There was no dehydration. He was giving the fluid to keep up blood volume to counteract the hypovolemic (dilation of blood vessels that causes relative reduction in circulating blood volume) effect of propofol. And the fluid was being eliminated as fast as it was going in because it was not needed for normal metabolic function...
The doll is here:

I also made screenshots of everything else and you can see it here:

Michael said himself that he used to carry around baby dolls because he wanted children so bad. If you listened to the tape that Murry saved on his phone you will hear that Michael only wanted to help children and since he never had much of a childhood himself, he was child like at times.
It does not surprise me that he had some items in his bedroom... maybe there were old items of Blankets but then, if one does not have a proper childhood, maybe these items conforted him in his private moments.

Thank you for sharing this once again. The elephant is worth looking at because it has become a constant theme through these last two years.
Off topic: Michael - if you read this, you really should write children's books. You have an amazing way with words. Oh, and do your own graphics too. Your artistic skills are awesome :)
Okay, so if the elephant has meaning, (in the story it said the elephant made a pact to stand as an example of patience and wisdom and the ones that fall because of their weight usually die because they can't get back up) what is he saying by the one elephant in the courtroom that is lying down?
Clearly the bigger elephant is standing facing the courtroom, which if taken in reference to this story means that he is patiently facing adversity with wisdom and understanding even when others are making fun???
Blessings.
Frederick Treves (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sir_Frederick_Treves,_1st_Baronet) (Anthony Hopkins (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthony_Hopkins)), a surgeon at the London Hospital (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_London_Hospital), discovers John Merrick (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Merrick) (John Hurt (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Hurt)) in a Victorian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Victorian_era) freak show (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freak_show) in London's East End (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/East_End), where he is managed by the brutish Bytes (Freddie Jones (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freddie_Jones)). Merrick is so deformed that he must wear a hood and cap when in public, and Bytes claims he is an imbecile (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Imbecile). Treves is professionally intrigued by Merrick's condition and pays Bytes to bring him to the Hospital so that he can examine him. There, Treves presents Merrick to his colleagues in a lecture theatre, displaying him as a physiological curiosity. Treves draws attention to Merrick's most life-threatening deformity, his oversized skull (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_skull), which compels him to sleep with his head resting upon his knees, as the weight of his skull would asphyxiate (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asphyxiation) him if he were to ever lie down. On Merrick's return, Bytes beats him so severely that a sympathetic apprentice (Dexter Fletcher (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dexter_Fletcher)) alerts Treves, who returns him to the hospital. Bytes accuses Treves of likewise exploiting Merrick for his own ends, leading the surgeon to resolve to do what he can to help the unfortunate man.
The ward nurses are horrified by Merrick's appearance, so Treves places him in a quarantine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quarantine) room under the watchful care of the formidable matron, Mrs. Mothershead (Wendy Hiller (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wendy_Hiller)). Mr. Carr Gomm (John Gielgud (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Gielgud)), the hospital's Governor, is reluctant to house Merrick (who has thus far remained mute (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muteness)), as the hospital is not designed as a residence for "incurables". To persuade Carr Gomm that Merrick has potential, Treves coaches him to recite a few polite phrases. Carr Gomm sees through the ruse, but as he walks away, both men are astonished to hear Merrick recite the 23rd Psalm (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psalm_23). Shocked by this display of intelligence, Carr Gomm allows Merrick to remain.
Merrick is gradually revealed to be sophisticated and articulate. Gomm arranges a suite of rooms for him to reside in at the hospital, and Merrick passes his days reading, drawing and making a model of a church visible through his window. One day, Treves brings him to take afternoon tea (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afternoon_tea) at home together with his wife, Ann (Hannah Gordon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hannah_Gordon)). Merrick, overwhelmed by the familial love he perceives in the domesticity about him, shows them his most treasured possession, a picture of his mother, and expresses his wish that she would love him if she could only see what "lovely friends" he now has. Later, Merrick begins to receive society visitors in his rooms, including the celebrated actress Madge Kendal (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Madge_Kendal) (Anne Bancroft (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anne_Bancroft)). He becomes a popular object of curiosity and charity to high society. As these connections and visits increase, Mrs. Mothershead (who has charge of Merrick's daily care) complains to Treves that he is still being treated as a freak show attraction, albeit in a more upper class, celebrated style. For Treves' part, this observation (and his role in this situation) deeply trouble him, and he begins to question whether or not he has done the right thing. And while Merrick is treated well during the daytime, the Night Porter (Michael Elphick (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Elphick)) secretly makes money by bringing punters from nearby pubs to gawp at Merrick.
Threatened dissent at a board meeting toward the decision to keep Merrick indefinitely is overturned when the hospital's Royal Patron — HRH The Princess of Wales (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexandra_of_Denmark) — pays a surprise visit with a message from Queen Victoria (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Queen_Victoria), stating that Merrick will receive permanent care at the hospital and the necessary funds have been arranged. But Merrick is then returned to his old life when Bytes gains access to his room during one of the Night Porter's late-night "viewings". Bytes abducts Merrick to continental Europe (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Europe), where he is once again put on show and subjected to cruelty and neglect. Treves, consumed with guilt over Merrick's plight, takes action against the night porter with the help of Mrs. Mothershead.
Merrick escapes with the help of his fellow freak show attractions, and makes it back to London. However, he is harassed by a group of boys at Liverpool Street station (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liverpool_Street_station), and accidentally knocks down a young girl. He is chased, unmasked, and cornered by an angry mob, at which point he cries out: "I am not an elephant! I am not an animal! I am a human being! I ... am ... a ... man!", before collapsing. When the police return Merrick to the hospital, he is reinstated to his rooms. He recovers a little but it is soon clear he is dying from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chronic_obstructive_pulmonary_disease). As a treat, Mrs. Kendal arranges an evening at the musical theatre. Resplendent in white tie, he rises in the Royal Box to an ovation, having had the performance dedicated to him from Mrs Kendal. That night, back at the hospital, Merrick thanks Treves for all he has done and finishes his model of the nearby church. Imitating one of his sketches on the wall—a sleeping child—he removes the pillows that have allowed him to sleep in an upright position, lies down on his bed and dies, consoled by a vision of his mother, Mary Jane Merrick (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary_Jane_Merrick), quoting Alfred Lord Tennyson (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alfred_Lord_Tennyson)'s "Nothing will Die (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Nothing_will_Die&action=edit&redlink=1)".

Two elephants in the room - the b.s. one on the desk and the new big one at right
The connection between Michael and Elephants is in his book DANCING THE DREAM, it's one of his poems;
read carefully :D
So the Elephants March
A curious fact about elephants is this: In order to survive, they mustn't fall down. Every other animal can stumble and get back up again. But an elephant always stands up, even to sleep. If one of the herd slips and falls, it is helpless. It lies on its side, a prisoner of its own weight. Although the other elephants will press close around it in distress and try to lift it up again, there isn't usually much they can do. With slow heaving breaths, the fallen elephant dies. The others stand vigil, then slowly move on.
This is what I learned from nature books, but I wonder if they are right. Isn't there another reason why elephants can't fall down? Perhaps they have decided not to. Not to fall down is their mission. As the wisest and most patient of the animals, they made a pact, I imagine it was eons ago, when the ice ages were ending. Moving in great herds across the face of the earth, the elephants first spied tiny men prowling the tall grasses with their flint spears.
"What fear and anger this creature has," the elephants thought. "But he is going to inherit the earth. We are wise enough to see that. Let us set an example for him."
Then the elephants put their grizzled heads together and pondered. What kind of example could they show to man? They could show him that their power was much greater that his, for that was certainly true. They could display their anger before him, which was terrible enough to uproot whole forests. Or they could lord it over man through fear, trampling his fields and crushing his huts.
In moments of great frustration, wild elephants will do all of these things, but as a group, putting their heads together, they decided that man would learn best from a kinder message.
"Let us show him our reverence for life," they said. And from that day on, elephants have been silent, patient, peaceful creatures. They let men ride them and harness them like slaves. They permit children to laugh at their tricks in the circus, exiled from the great African plains where they once lived as lords.
But the elephants' most important message is in their movement. For they know that to live is to move. Dawn after dawn, age after age, the herds march on, one great mass of life that never falls down, an unstoppable force of peace.
Innocent animals, they do not suspect that after all this time, they will fall from a bullet by the thousands. They will lie in the dust, mutilated by our shameless greed. The great males fall first, so that their tusks can be made into trinkets. Then the females fall, so that men may have trophies. The babies run screaming from the smell of their own mothers' blood, but it does them no good to run from the guns. Silently, with no one to nurse them, they will die, too, and all their bones bleach in the sun.
In the midst of so much death, the elephants could just give up. All they have to do is drop to the ground. That is enough. They don't need a bullet: Nature has given them the dignity to lie down and find their rest. But they remember their ancient pact and their pledge to us, which is sacred.
So the elephants march on, and every tread beats out words in the dust: "Watch, learn, love. Watch, learn, love." Can you hear them? One day in shame, the ghosts of ten thousand lords of the plains will say, "We do not hate you. Don't you see at last? We were willing to fall, so that you, dear small ones, will never fall again."

Hey applehead250609,
After viewing all the photos of MJ with the police from all over the world, I wonder if the man we never knew is someone who was working undercover for a big sting or someone who is a FBI agent in some secret section. I know other people have questioned this before. It would make sense then how he would be able to pull it off. I also know LaToya is a police officer from that reality show she did and she even said that she sometimes goes back and do her police duties from time to time so if LaToya can be a police officer, then MJ could be a part of the police too or even the FBI perhaps. I also remember reading that Michael was working undercover to catch REAL child molesters in the entertainment industry but I am not sure how true that is at all. IF it is true, then it would make a lot of sense why certain people would want to stop that and turn the tables and make him out to be a child molester because they do not want to be exposed. Anyway, I'm just throwing ideas out there.
Michael Jackson death pics used in Murray trial Published Friday, Apr 22 2011, 8:01am EDT | By Rebecca Davies (http://www.digitalspy.com/team/rebecca-davies/) | 10 comments (http://www.digitalspy.com/celebrity/news/a315959/michael-jackson-death-pics-used-in-murray-trial.html#yourviews) (http://i1.cdnds.net/11/29/emaillogo.png) (http://i1.cdnds.net/10/46/M/showbiz_main_michael_jackson_generic.jpg)© Rex Features / Startraks Photo Photographs of Michael Jackson (http://www.digitalspy.com/celebrities/michael-jackson/)'s dead body will be shown in court.
A judge ruled that the two images, which were taken at the late singer's autopsy, can be used by prosecutors as evidence in the involuntary manslaughter trial of his doctor Conrad Murray (http://www.digitalspy.com/celebrities/conrad-murray/).
According to TMZ, one of the images shows Jackson fully clothed and laid out on a gurney, while the other shows his naked body. The judge said that "certain parts" will be "blocked out" when the pictures are presented in court.
He insisted that the photos are relevant to the case and are "not gruesome, graphic or inflammatory".
Earlier this month, Murray's defence attorney Edward Chernoff described Jackson as a "desperate man" (http://www.digitalspy.com/showbiz/news/a313305/michael-jackson-committed-suicide-says-lawyer.html) and claimed that he was so worried over his financial situation that he committed suicide.
Murray has always maintained that he is "an innocent man" (http://www.digitalspy.com/showbiz/news/a300179/jackson-doctor-i-am-an-innocent-man.html), but he could serve up to four years in prison if found guilty.
Okay, so there is no press actually IN the courtroom? So who are in the courtroom? Defense, prosecution, jury, judge, witnesses and Jacksons only? In that case it could very well be pre-recorded, which would explain why I see cuts in the footage sometimes.
I found this here...no press inside the courtroom. The courtroom is on the 9Th floor, the press on the 12 th floor, the only floor where pics and filming is allowed.
That means they could have always filmed it all and send it at that day to the waiting press....so little actuall little thinks like the weather, that give it a live touch could they put in...that's not the problem and ...rearly, why mentioned a judge a little rain ???? only when it will make this all a live illusion... /toldya/

“I believe in transparency,” said CNN Anchor Don Lemon. “I think that’s what America is all about. Americans should be in on the process,” Lemon said. “Visual media is part of the media. It helps when people see how the process works. Without transparency, there is room to conceal things,” he said.Ethan Smith, a senior special writer with the Wall Street Journal’s Los Angeles bureau, was in court every day during week one. “We have to be the eyes and ears of the people to keep the process accountable,” Smith said. The television coverage, ironically, keeps the press more accountable. “It turns the mirror back on us and keeps us accountable even as we are keeping the courts accountable,” Smith said. Each day, I lined up with Smith, Lemon, Seib and dozens of others to wait for deputies to waive us into the courtroom. You were on time, through two security checks, wearing your press badge, or you didn’t get in the courtroom. Court public information officer Mary Hearn, working with her staff and court deputies, ensured that no pictures were taken on the ninth floor, cleared the hallway of press as trial participants walked in each day, and generally kept order. That’s why if Murray is convicted, his chances of arguing that the press ruined his case appear to be nil, as was the case when disgraced Enron CEO Jeffrey Skilling made that failed argument in a case that reached the Supreme Court in 2010.Has the argument ever worked? Well, yes.The seminal example of a defendant successfully arguing that the press violated his Sixth Amendment rights came in the 1966 U.S. Supreme Court case Sheppard v. Maxwell. In Sheppard the U.S. Supreme Court said that the trial judge and the press allowed a “Roman circus” atmosphere to prevail.Dr. Sam Shepherd, convicted of killing his pregnant wife, was granted a new trial as a result and eventually walked away a free man. The Shepherd case is widely believed to be the inspiration for the Harrison Ford film “The Fugitive.”
But getting back to “these arts” and their evolution, it is remarkable that so many broadcasters—all local Los Angeles television stations, plus AP Broadcast, Reuters, Univision, MetroNetworks, CBS Radio, Fox Radio News, UniSat, CNN/HLN and a host of others—are all able to transmit the trial without creating the same circus atmosphere that soiled Shepherd v. Maxwell. They do it with three quiet video cameras and a single coordinator. They do it with cooperation between the courts and the media.
Anesthesiologist Puts Focus on Safety at Conrad Murray Trial

One of the stranger sights you'll see outside the Conrad Murray trial is a guy wearing surgical scrubs and a doctor's white coat. He's got an IV drip attached to a bag of white liquid, just like you'd see in a hospital. That guy is Newport Beach anesthesiologist Dr. Barry Friedberg, who's written a book on anesthesia safety called "Getting Over Going Under".
Friedberg has real propofol to show you... It's the white liquid in the IV. He's also got bottles of the drug.
Propofol is the powerful anesthetic that Michael Jackson used to refer to as his "milk."
Friedberg says hospital patients need to ask tougher questions to their anesthesiologists.

And....doesn't it seem odd that the fingernails are not showing? Perhaps because that would be a give away? And why cover the other arm? Wouldn't they want the whole body showing?
The wrong date? Give me a break...every person has had problems with their story.

On a s**ty note - we hear so much pee talk in court but nada on da poop. Not to be gross but there is no mention of any testing. Surely there would be some fecal matter, especially if he had 3 jars of pee in him. Is MJ too shy to add in this detail?
Anyway, according to Henry C. Lee, forensics expert who assisted law enforcement in over 6, 000 major criminal crime investigations, including O. J. Simpson, states an analysis is done on the properties and effects of serums (blood, semen, saliva, swear, fecal matter), this is called serology. I tried my hardest to blow up the picture large enough to see the name or information on that tag but it all seems to be blurry. Unless someone can get a legible name from their efforts, my opinion is that the name is blurred out...most likely on purpose so that inquiring minds won't find out it's not Michael.
Blessings :)
Christopher Rogers....( Michael? Prince? or a "real person")Anything is possible in this case! I’ve been looking at hands, eyes and mannerisms since this trial began. This coroner/witness in particular was off the charts on the weirdness scale. He reminded me of Peter Falk in Columbo, fumbling, confused, can’t get his words out, etc. Was MJ a Columbo fan?
I didn't know if this should be a new thread topic or not...so I'll mention it here ;)
It came up in chat that some people felt the witness Christopher Rogers could have been Michael or perhaps even Prince in disguise. Some people even felt that his movements, hands, speech etc...were like that of Michaels, or possibly Prince.
At first I dismissed it as too far fetched until I saw the photo of Michael in Jermaine's book "You are not alone" disguised as "Uncle Willy" (I personally never would have known it was MJ!). And we know Michael has had a history of being in disguises.
Here's the picture of Michael as "Uncle Willy" that I am referring to...and one of Christopher Rogers.
Anyone else think this is possible or is this a dead end pursuit?

The Great Moon HoaxDuring the final week of August 1835, a long article appeared in serial form on the front page of the New York Sun. It bore the headline:
GREAT ASTRONOMICAL DISCOVERIES
LATELY MADE
BY SIR JOHN HERSCHEL, L.L.D. F.R.S. &c.
At the Cape of Good Hope
[From Supplement to the Edinburgh Journal of Science]
GREAT ASTRONOMICAL DISCOVERIES
LATELY MADE
BY SIR JOHN HERSCHEL, L.L.D. F.R.S. &c.
At the Cape of Good Hope
[From Supplement to the Edinburgh Journal of Science]
Sir John Herschel (http://www.museumofhoaxes.com/herschel.html) The article began by triumphantly listing a series of stunning astronomical breakthroughs that the famous British astronomer, Sir John Herschel (http://www.museumofhoaxes.com/herschel.html), had apparently made "by means of a telescope of vast dimensions and an entirely new principle." Herschel, the article declared, had established a "new theory of cometary phenomena"; he had discovered planets in other solar systems; and he had "solved or corrected nearly every leading problem of mathematical astronomy." Then, almost as if it were an afterthought, the article revealed Herschel's final, stunning achievement: he had discovered life on the moon!
The article continued on and offered an elaborate account of the fantastic sights viewed by Herschel during his telescopic observation of the moon. It described a lunar topography that included vast forests, inland seas, and lilac-hued quartz pyramids. Readers learned that herds of bison (http://www.museumofhoaxes.com/bison.html) wandered across the plains of the moon; that blue unicorns perched on its hilltops; and that spherical, amphibious creatures rolled across its beaches. The highpoint of the narrative came when it revealed that Herschel had found evidence of intelligent life on the moon: he had discovered both a primitive tribe of hut-dwelling, fire-wielding biped beavers (http://www.museumofhoaxes.com/beavers.html), and a race of winged humans living in pastoral harmony around a mysterious, golden-roofed temple. Herschel dubbed these latter creatures the Vespertilio-homo, (http://www.museumofhoaxes.com/manbat.html) or "man-bat".
The article, of course, was an elaborate hoax. Herschel had not really observed life on the moon, nor had he accomplished any of the other astronomical breakthroughs credited to him in the article. In fact, Herschel was not even aware until much later that such discoveries had been attributed to him. However, the New York Sun managed to sell thousands of copies of the article before the public realized that it had been hoaxed
Although the Sun managed to sell many copies of the moon hoax, it is not clear whether people at the time actually believed the story, or simply found it to be an entertaining topic of debate. Various eyewitnesses to the hoax assure us that the credulity was general. For instance, one reporter, writing 18 years after the event, recalled how the hoax was received at Yale College:
Yale College was alive with staunch supporters. The literati—students and professors, doctors in divinity and law—and all the rest of the reading community, looked daily for the arrival of the New York mail with unexampled avidity and implicit faith. Have you seen the accounts of Sir John Herschel's wonderful discoveries? Have you read the Sun? Have you heard the news of the man in the Moon? These were the questions that met you every where. It was the absorbing topic of the day. Nobody expressed or entertained a doubt as to the truth of the story.
However, many discussions of the hoax that appeared in papers at the time of its first publication were openly skeptical of it. For instance, on August 29, 1835 the New York Commercial Advertiser had this to say about the hoax:
It is well done, and makes a pleasant piece of reading enough, especially for such as have a sufficient stock of available credulity; but we can hardly understand how any man of common sense should read it without at once perceiving the deception. Without referring to the monstrosities of the story itself, can any one suppose for a moment that such preparations as are described, should have been made without a word of notice in the english papers? Preparations going on for years—an object of glass of twenty-four feet in diameter—a donation of ten thousand pounds by the king—consultations with Sir David Brewster—and other extravagancies not less preposterous
Authorship of the hoax is usually attributed to Richard Adams Locke (http://www.museumofhoaxes.com/locke.html), a Cambridge-educated reporter who was working for the Sun. However, Locke never publicly admitted to being the author of the hoax, and rumors have persisted that others were also involved in the production of the story. Two men in particular have been mentioned in connection with the hoax: Jean-Nicolas Nicollet, a French astronomer who was travelling through America at the time (though he was in Mississippi, not New York, when the moon hoax appeared), and Lewis Gaylord Clark, editor of the Knickerbocker Magazine. However, there is no real evidence to suggest that anyone but Locke was the author of the hoax.
Despite the intense public speculation about the moon story, the Sun never publicly conceded that it was a hoax. On September 16, 1835 the Sun did publish a column in which it discussed the possibility that the story was a hoax, but it never confessed to anything. Quite the contrary. It wrote that, "Certain correspondents have been urging us to come out and confess the whole to be a hoax; but this we can by no means do, until we have the testimony of the English or Scotch papers to corroborate such a declaration." This is the closest the Sun ever came to an admission of guilt.

Our Christopher Rogers an actor, producer, writer, cameraman?
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0736788/ (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0736788/)
??? Could this be him?
Again a name in the court that is on IMDB and there is no picture of this man on Imdb to know. And look at the film ''Pursuit of Happiness'' it cited his name as Christopher Roger, so it is the same name though...
And for Dr. Alon Steinberg we have a AlAn Steinbeirg on IMDB: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0825831/ (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0825831/) He is a music composer for animated movies...
Here is the page for our cardiologist, he sure changed a lot since that picture: http://cardiacadvantage.com/handler.cfm?event=practice,template&cpid=18507 (http://cardiacadvantage.com/handler.cfm?event=practice,template&cpid=18507)
We also have a Stephen Marx on IMDB with no picture: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0548974/ (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0548974/)
So, I don't know if it's them, coulb or could not be but a lot of names in this trial seems to be connected to movies and music...
Christopher Rogers....( Michael? Prince? or a "real person")
Case in point - "nada on da poop". Dr Steven Shafer (Propofol expert) said in court today that the Propofol, after doing it's job, would then go through the liver and exit through the bladder (urine) and the bowel (poop). So where’s da poop? I don’t recall any testing done on his bowel contents, yet clearly there would be traces of drugs in there. Again, not to be disgusting but it’s an obvious question. Especially after hearing Dr Shafer's comment confirming this.Thank you pepper, that's what jumps into my eyes:
the same day the U.S. deficit reach highest ever level, Ben Bernanke is getting reaffirmed in his job.
- August 25, 2009 The United States budget deficit for 2009 will reach $1.6 trillion, the highest ever recorded.
http://www.datesinhistory.com/aug25.php (http://www.datesinhistory.com/aug25.php)
- August 25, 2009 U.S. President Barack Obama nominates Ben Bernanke for his second term as chairman of the Federal Reserve.
I find this very interesting considering the Federal Reserve is NOT a government agency.
I need to have another look through the bogus AR to see what's listed under this section.
GRACE:Another oddity is this.

This is falsifying facts?
Dr. Friedberg was outside the courthouse on occasion of the hearing on January 4, 2011.
Anybody saw him later than this date?

I found this here...no press inside the courtroom. The courtroom is on the 9Th floor, the press on the 12 th floor, the only floor where pics and filming is allowed.
That means they could have always filmed it all and send it at that day to the waiting press....so little actuall little thinks like the weather, that give it a live touch could they put in...that's not the problem and ...rearly, why mentioned a judge a little rain ???? only when it will make this all a live illusion... /toldya/

It is remarkable that what they are saying may 100% be taken as a pure ironic statement.Quote“I believe in transparency,” said CNN Anchor Don Lemon.
They do it with cooperation between the courts and the media.
smiley_spider /cook/ afraid/
The circus is being operated now by somebody in control.
I noticed this too. The Judge talkes a lot about the weather. Last Thurday the 13th again. When they stopped, he said something about it is going to be very warm; we are coming maybe into the three digit. But later that night I looked at CNN and they had the weather forcast for 5 days for Los Angeles and it said 20-21 degrees Celsius or 68-69.8 Fahrenheit. That made me also think that everything is not live and filmed earlier.
And another thing does anyone know where the public is seated, I mean the public wihich can obtain a seat through lottery system?

Yeah, I noticed that too and thought why on earth has he put that thing there??? It was odd and caught my eye.[/size]
That does seem odd, doesn't it? At the very least it doesn't look professional. But, why would he need the flashlight? It wasn't night time. Perhaps to represent shining light on a subject or matter? IDK...thank you for bringing this up.

I previously posted an article about Murray's 5 ex-patients who testified today as character witnesses for the defense. I was searching for other witness patients. I found one: ex-patient, Robert Russel, who was testifying on September 30. He was quite frustrated because he felt abandoned by dr. Murray after the doctor told him he was leaving his practice to care solely for Michael Jackson. It strikes me that this only 1 "less positive" testimony about Murray was scheduled earlier and the 5 "positive" witnesses were scheduled closer to the date of verdict, which could have an influencial effect on the jury, I suppose. :?

Prosecutions focus---->Abandonment
Defenses focus-------->Character
The defense has to "re-humanize" Dr. Murray. A man who could make a mistake, but never intentionally put his patients in "harms way." To show him as a victim of some unforseen complication.
In technical terms the prosecution has already proved their case (abandonment). Murray admitted on tape (police interview) that he left the patients side momentarily and then returned. The phone records (validated with witness testimony) also support this confession (time lapses in focused care of the patient). When Murray went downstairs to the kitchen and also waiitng on the landing at the top of stairs to get help (leaving the patient yet again instead of dialing 911), these actions also supported by testimony (Chase, Alvarez). Not giving full disclosure of medications Murray used on the patient, this action supported by testimony (EMT's, Doctors at UCLA ) ----> all of which prove without a reasonable doubt abandonment. Abandonment=negligence (manslaughter)
So what the defense tried to do is question the accuracy of the investigation (was evidence tampered with, did the patient conceal any prior medications/addictions, dispute that the amounts of medications given could have been lethal, establish a lack of willingness for others to respond to the urgency of the matter, etc...) then they have to "re-humanize" him, (show him as a caring physician, diligent, knowledgable competent etc...) (character)to establish that the circumstances were beyond his control and unforseen; a unexplainable "fluke".
All it takes is "reasonable doubt". Doubt that Dr. Murray did anything that would have intentionally killed a patient.
People have been known to die even with all the available medical measures taken in a proper setting. So the defense has to establish that nothing Murray could have done would have made a difference...it was not intentional.
I've sat on 3 jurys...2 criminal, 1 civil...and I can tell you, from a "juror" perspective, this case was over two weeks ago. Jurors have to adhere to specifics, testimony is given to support it, but alot of what we hear during the trial is thrown out. It's more simple than most people realize.
I am speaking of course as if this was a "real case" ;)
...sorry so long winded, but to answer your question, the first witness was used by the prosecution because he supports (abandonment), the others support (character).
It's more simple than most people realize.

Prosecutions focus---->Abandonment
Defenses focus-------->Character
Thanks for your clear explanation. Actually, it is not long winded, on the contrary, it's interesting to see this from a juror's perspective :) . I have no knowledge of law cases, trials etc. and I've never seen a courthouse from the inside (glad I am).QuoteIt's more simple than most people realize.
Personally, I can't imagine that it's so simple. I mean, when you must adhere to specifics as a juror, you must be rational and block your emotions as well. I think that's not so simple, because even if you adhere to specifics rationally as a juror, hearing the loving and emotional testimonies of the patients and seeing the reaction of Murray, it will somehow touch the jurors (or at least 1 or 2). I still find the timing of the testimonies of the patient witnesses striking. Convenient timing for the defense, because they are close to the date of the verdict. I believe that recent remarkable testimonies or situations will always stick into the memories of the juror. But that's from my own perspective and I'm not a juror and I guess I will never be. I find it very interesting though ;) .

My apologies...I didn't mean to imply that jurors have to be insensitive  On the contrary, you do get emotional and it can influence your perspective and defense attorneys count on it! But there are certain instructions and guidelines you do have to adhere to.
Yesterdays testimony would have been hard to sit through---> I went through a box of tissue just watching it on my computer, I imagine being there was very emotionally charged. It's easy to get caught up in the science and forget there are real people behind the situation. The defense chose their character witness' well.
/bravo/
But in terms of being on a jury, I just meant that people are sometimes "shell shocked" at how fast a jury reaches a verdict in some cases (usually only within a matter of hours) even if presenting the case had taken weeks or months! It's a very exciting experience if you ever get the opportunity. I used to dread jury duty until I was actually chosen for that first case. It definitely gives you a whole new appreciation of the legal system.
/judge/
It's a very exciting experience if you ever get the opportunity.I bet it is a very exciting experience, though I guess I will never get the opportunity to be a juror, because here in The Netherlands we have a completely different judicial system with no jury http://www.nationsencyclopedia.com/Europe/Netherlands-JUDICIAL-SYSTEM.html (http://www.nationsencyclopedia.com/Europe/Netherlands-JUDICIAL-SYSTEM.html). That's why it is so interesting to see how the judicial system in the US works. Ok, this trial's not a real case ;) , I still learn a lot. I have to admit that I was a little sceptical about the high risk of media influence on the jury, but no offense because I'm just an "outsider" who's familiar with another judicial system.

Everyone, I know MJ has been cited for calling propofol his Jesus Juice (something he put out there evidently), but below is what it probably truly is related to. Remember, this story is fake. MJ had to die of something, and he knew that the more outrageous the story (or any story) relating to him was, would be the most believable to some. They thought him a freak, eccentric, looney toons et al.
He was amazed that people would believe all of those tabloid stories about him without any fact checking/researching. He couldn't conceive it. And how the media lied on him during the 2005 trial was appalling and a crying shame (and some more adjectives). On some levels it bothered him, but at some point, he decided that he would use it for fodder/background to tell several unbelivable stories about and attributed to himself. He is the writer/author, director, executive producer, victim and some more stuff having to do with this Michael Jackson story.
The more outrageous the stories/lies about him were/are - the better, because that was the way folks identified with him. So he said, I show them - and that is what he is doing now. He planted a lot of these stories about himslf thru some of the so-called shady characters that have been quoted in the press, written about in the press and now with the witnesses and such in this farce of a trial. LOL!
By the way, Diana was dressed in garb that looked like two galaxies colliding on a recent tour stop which IMO has to do with the below. Matter of fact, there are a lot of things MJ was about in This Is It - since then and back in the past that was very COSMIC.

The flag fringe is supposed to indicate a military court under which the defendant possess NO civilian rights, including those attributed as unalienable to him under the constitutional Bill of Rights. There is a great deal of information on this available on the internet, usually from resistance groups or civil rights watch groups.
Unbiased opinion, it seems an outdated rule that gold fringe=military court, but perhaps I'm being naive. All i know is that US citizens appear as defendants in courtrooms every day across this country presided under gold fringed flags and their constitutional rights are indeed observed, so the evidence is not really indicative of what these resistance groups claim.
The gold fringe is largely present on US courtroom flags but not always, nor is it required.

I didn't watch the trial today but I decided to take a look at Conrad W Murray and I found this:
Interesting, this Murray died 56 years ago and Murray's age is about 58/56 years old????
Also interesting the symbol on his grave and from where this Conrad W Murray is:
Wilson County
Texas, USA

Murray's record says:
Conrad R Murray, MD
Cardiologist, Internist

About this, I think no-one has recalled Murray´s pin Seeingclues´finding here:

That's Conrad Murray Sr.'s grave. I was looking for that photo but couldn't find it. There is also a pic on the net (somewhere?) with Murray visiting his father's grave. It's a Freemason symbol - like father like son. His father was also a cardiologist. I wonder if he's white? Has anyone figured out that lil mystery yet?

Hi there,
Maybe I have totally lost it, but I would swear that the judge I saw today was not the same judge Michael Pastor that's been sitting in that seat. In fact does anyone have that picture of him with the yellow cab on his bench? That is not the same judge!!!!!
I can't seem to find any old pictures from the preliminary hearings, but I know I'm not senile! :x
Blessings,
OnTheWingsOfLove
No, I didn't see the scene w/the alarm. What was the joke the judge made? That sounds like fun. But I remember during the Oprah interview at Neverland an alarm went off when she was asking personal questions. This shud be on Comedy Central.
Not sure anyone has commented on this but during the first day of the trial me and my wife could not start laughing.Out of nowhere, someone broke wind of almighty proportions.I couldnt believe it!There were giggles throughout the courtroom, even conrad managed a smile. It is the most unprofessional courtroom setting i have ever witnessed. My local courtroom is far more pro than this.
And this comparison could be sunflowers

Anyone watching the trial live right now? An alarm just went off (not to mention the judge told yet ANOTHER joke, making everyone laugh.. again. So professional, right? lol) Reminds me of the alarm that went off at UCLA on the 25th. And wasn't there an alarm heard in the background of the audio? So many alarms.
I noticed this picture while browsing the net. It's interesting to me because there has been much discussion over the missing "N". And recently on the BACK thread there was a picture of the clowns where the "G" was missing. Now we have another picture from outside of the courthouse. For the life of me I can't figure it all out but I know these missing letters must have meaning.

Funny thing about that poster though - it made me think of Sneddon and the 2005 trial, not current events.
NGI - Next Generation Identification. Hmmm...I need to read up on this because it's the first time I've heard of this term but it doesn't sound good to me.
EverlastingLove_MJ...great connection to the fingerprints. I'll need to check but if I remember correctly they didn't say who the fingerprints belonged to other than to say that they didn't belong to Dr Murray or Michael. One of the last witnesses did say that it's possible not to have fingerprints but I don't remember the reason why this would be so.

So what does that mean?
The photo was taken in 2004, NOT at the OJ trial in 1994.
Then the "fake" seal falls. Again something strong falls, that's what it means.
I wonder why some people are happy?
It sounds impossible to be an error, but it is. It wasn't made for Murray's trial only. That means it's not fake. Just an error.

Concerning the seal ... what if it helps the hoax because of just that, it's a Hoax! That's when the seal (even if it's just a mistake) plays in. It's like the Hoax will activate its function??? Do I make sense? geek/

For me this things with the seal is clear. The 32 seal is a mistake and it was not made for Murray trial. This was one of the biggest things so far for me, almost a fact that the trial could be fake. It means it isn't. It's obvious it is used like this for more than 10 years in many other trials.
Lately instead of reaching "the end" with arguments that support our theory, everyday we find that what we believed was a mistake. I don't know what to say anymore. I cannot hide what I feel because otherwise I will explode and I can't tell this to anyone.
With every day that passes by, I loose all hope this will have a good end. No matter how hard I try to keep my head cold, I can't. Too much silence, still no answers.
Anna....why do you think the authenticity of the seal is an indicaton that the trial was real?
What about all the other things that do not add up? It´s just a stage prop.... Think about it.....
I don't know, I swear I'm exhausted. I can't grab anything from anywhere. This is the only place where I can burst out because there's no one I can share all I feel with, besides my sister.
I reached to a point when I can't uphold myself on anything, I don't know what to keep and what to throw away, because it's too little what I still hold on to.
All I know is that Michael is not here. To describe exactly how I feel, take this hypothetical situation- I feel like my brother had gone to war and the war has ended and he's not on the dead list but not to be found either. I don't know what happened, where he is, if he is safe or not.
Thank you Applehead for the link. Yes follow your heart dear. bearhugThe photo was taken in 2004, NOT at the OJ trial in 1994.
Then the "fake" seal falls. Again something strong falls, that's what it means.
I wonder why some people are happy?
It sounds impossible to be an error, but it is. It wasn't made for Murray's trial only. That means it's not fake. Just an error.
Who are the happy people you are talking about? lolol/
Concerning the seal ... what if it helps the hoax because of just that, it's a Hoax! That's when the seal (even if it's just a mistake) plays in. It's like the Hoax will activate its function??? Do I make sense? geek/
Sarahli please listen to what O.J. Simpson has to say about Michael and his LOVE for children. Also he CLEARLY states that Michael invited him in 1994 ,after trial,at Neverland ,to spent some time with his children !!!! He said Michael personally called him  .Mmmm......I don't think that if O.J.had been quiltty,Michael would called him,and more than that,to spent time with his own kids, lol :)!!! So to me is clear, that's why we had the NEWS PAPER with O.J. INNOCENT at Murray trial ,lol geek/ this is NOT OVER,is MUCH MORE TO COME 8-)!!!

Thank you Applehead. It's very intriguing to say the least.... so Michael offered a momentary "sanctuary" for OJ after the trial... I have not followed this case at all and know very few about it but something else that intrigues me is what Back said about it:
"uhmmm, O.J. DID-NOT do it. His son did. I will tell yhe story tomorrow when I have time.
O.J. tried to help clean up the mess his son caused. They wear the same size shoe. Like father like son!"
" the earth will tremble.....
Keep WATCHIN'............." :
Somebody shakes when the wind blows
Somebody's missing a friend, hold on
Somebody's lacking a hero
And they have not a clue
When it's all gonna end
Stories buried and untold
Someone is hiding the truth, hold on
When will this mystery unfold
And will the sun ever shine
In the blind man's eyes when he cries?
You can change the world (I can't do it by myself)
You can touch the sky (Gonna take somebody's help)
You're the chosen one (I'm gonna need some kind of sign)
If we all cry at the same time tonight
People laugh when they're feelin sad
Someone is taking a life, hold on
Respect to believe in your dreams
Tell me where were you
when your children cried last night?
Faces fill with madness
Miracles unheard of, hold on
Faith is found in the winds
All we have to do
Is reach for the truth
And when that flag blows
There'll be no more wars
And when all calls
I will answer all your prayers
Change the world
(Cry lyrics)
Anna.....I know that "stick to the facts" is easily said. I understand that you are exhausted.
But let me say this: if reason and logic fail to appease you at some point, try to listen to your heart.
You know...during the night, you cannot see the sun, yet you know it is there and will rise again in the morning.
