I hate to kick this thread into the new year but I just wonder if this man actually died on Halloween but his family delayed the announcement.  Also if he did die on November 2nd, what a coincidence that both he and Evan Chandler died in the same month.

Yes, mostly when taking off and landing.

I haven't figured out how many pages this thread has so I'm not sure if this has been posted. One of the posters above provided this video:

It definitely shows the best close up of the "body" rising. Whether it was a "body" or nothing on that stretcher, it definitely rised up because you can see the yellow interior of the stretcher. I also wanted to post this video that is very clear, imo. It is provided by CNN but for some reason, this youtuber didn't provide the full helicopter ride:
