Someone asked back on page 8 if we could compare the picture with MJ coming out of the pool. I did that and posted it last week in the TIAI thread, but I will post it here too. I altered the autopsy picture to make the size more believable, because I think they squeezed it and made the legs look shorter. Anyways, I think it's a match.
Michael was training with Lou Ferigno, there is no way that is Michael's body, where are the muscles.. He is a dancer, I am sure he continue dancing even if he did not perform.. No muscle mass, nothing. Just a plain straight body.. That is not Michael's body..

Muscle mass requires an excess of calories. And alot at that. My husband and son weight train and have been doing so for a number of years. I started only 2 years ago, mainly for strength and body composition. It takes alot of dedication and hard work. According to those around him Michael wasn't eating much. It's impossible to build any noticeable visual muscle mass on the body without the excess of calories and the lifting of heavy weights on a regular basis. It also takes alot more time than the few months Michael was reportedly working out with Lou for. These things combined with adequate rest between workouts to allow the muscles time to grow and repair themselves are required to build muscle mass. Doing only one without the other will not give you any results. Michael danced alot also for rehesearls and day to day which would of burnt up most of the calories he did consumed anyway, leaving nothing for new growth of the muscles. Eating too little and dancing too much would produce a body similar to the one we see in the autopsy picture.

I know about body mass, my son is in body building competition, and I have been on a diet excersice I have lost 150 lbs. Protein is the key word. I know deep down Michael is eating well, Lou Ferigno said it himself. He was in great shape. I refuse to believe that, that is Michael's body in that gurney. He is still suppose to have some muscles at least like the picture he was coming out of the pool. This is not Michael.

This is not Michael. My husband is a Lecturer but also a trainer too, so I understand what your saying. Muscle Mass is lost with age, unless you do the correct exercising and eating to maintain it. Especially for a 50 year old. It's very rare for anyone to look like they did 20 or more years ago like the pic of Michael coming out of the pool unless he's put the required effort into keeping that look for all these years. I'm not agreeing or disagreeing as to whether Michael is on that gurney or not. I'm saying that over training (ie working out and dancing plus undereating most definitely produces the body you see on the gurney). Seen a number of my husbands clients who look like that when they have come to him for help. It was also reported that Michael ate vegetarian and organic alot. I know he did eat meat sometimes (obviously the KFC is well known). People who mostly eat that way need more specialised diets to ensure adequate intake of correct nutrients to ensure muscle growth. Unless he supplemented his diet with protein sources, again his muscle mass would of been minimal. My husband is also a natural bodybuilder and trains people this way too. I'm assuming if Michael was working out he more than likely would be the same. It's even more harder for a natural builder to gain and maintain than someone who uses steriods.Like I said, not debating whether it is or isn't Michael.
Also contradicts what the O2 announcer said about MJ being ripped You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
