If he was dying, then the conclusion of the autopsy would not have stated the sole cause of death was an overdose of propofol...and they wouldn't have a case against Murray. That's also why I can't really believe in the theory of a body double anymore, because that means the person would have had to be murdered. Or I suppose the other person was terminally, painfully ill and wanted doctor assisted suicide.

I don't know why. But a dear friend of mine died a few years ago and her husband did the exact same thing. He called her parents asking what he should do. They also screamed call 911, and her father rushed over there.

okay so Murrays trial is in like 8 weeks but it took Anna Nicole Smith's doc like 3 years to get to a trial...rather fast isnt it?? 
It'll probably get delayed.
It's the preliminary hearing not the trial date

That bail's quite hefty too.
To me that bail is nothing. Locally people have had that bail for risk of injury, and domestic assault. And an Involuntary manslaughter charge is a joke. It might as well be for someone who was cleaning a gun, didn't know it was loaded and it accidentally went off. Guess I'm getting angry.
