VH1's "Famous Crime Scene"

Vh1 series Famous Crime Scene" comes on Fridays at 9pm....so far, they did Anna Nicole Smith and 2pac...this coming Friday Feb 26th they're supposed to investigate MJ....*sigh* we'll see what they say....here's what the website descibes the series as:

I'm so glad that I don't have VH1 and don't have to choose between watching THAT and watching the NAACP awards where Michael's memorial is up for an award. :D lol I find it funny they are running the episode of MJ on the same day his memorial may get an award. ;)

I'm suprised that VH1 is allowed to air this episode of MJ's crime scene since the investigation is still open and has yet to go to trial.  That seems odd to me.  It will be interesting to see what they present on the show.  I saw pics of his crime scene and the scene looks kinda staged to me.  I wonder if his family is aware of this being aired?
