I know we have had so many trolls coming on claiming to know michael personally or giving clues as if they were michael but tell me what you think about this. Your post above definitely details a very interesting conversation. In answer to your question, though, there's really no telling who's who on here--just everyone's best guess. Just my two cents.

Katherine Jackson is furious about a declaration filed with the court -- purportedly signed by her -- in which she attacks the Executors of the Michael Jackson Estate. TMZ has learned ... Katherine insists she never signed that declaration.

TMZ reported this morning ... a declaration filed in the Estate's lawsuit against the Heal the World Foundation makes shocking allegations against John Branca, calling him a thief.
But Katherine's lawyer, Adam Streisand, tells TMZ, "Mrs. Jackson categorically denies signing any statement to the court that makes accusations against the executors of any wrongdoing with respect to her son or his estate."
Streisand adds, "She did not and would not make any such statements about the executors." And Streisand says, Katherine told him, "These are not my words."
Check out the signature on the declaration in question, dated April 6, 2011, and compare it to Katherine's signature from a legal doc on February 3, 2010.

As for the Heal the World Foundation lawyer -- Edgar Pease -- who filed the declaration in question, he tells TMZ someone from the Foundation faxed Katherine's manager the final copy of the document and it was then sent on to Pease with the signature in question.
Pease says if the signature is a fraud, "Heads will roll."
UPDATE: Pease just called us back to say Trent Jackson -- Joe Jackson's nephew and Katherine's caregiver -- told him he personally saw Katherine sign the declaration. But sources connected with the Estate say the declaration is suspicious, because the last page ONLY contains the signature, without any accompanying text. In other words, someone could have inserted the signature into a declaration Katherine never saw or approved. The plot thickens.

Incredible. And what's even more incredible is that this information has been floating around out there in bits and pieces since June 25, 2009, and nothing's come of it. I agree with an earlier poster in that perhaps now things are finally beginning to move along, particularly in light of Katherine Jackson's recent statements about Branca.

If will is fake, why Jacksons have tried to contest the will at the beginning, Katherine especially, then she withdraw that case, now again she blames Branca. [/color][/b] Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's been my understanding that there is a clause in the will stating that any recipient who seeks to contest it (including contesting the appropriateness of the executors) forfeits whatever he or she receives.

Katherine Jackson is making some very shocking claims in a sworn declaration in connection with a lawsuit involving a charity that her superstar son Michael had been involved with prior to his death, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
EXCLUSIVE DOCUMENTS: Katherine Jackson Slams Executors Of Michael's Estate
The executors of Michael's estate, John Branca, and John McClain filed a lawsuit against Melissa Johnson and The Heal The World Foundation because the Estate didn't give permission for Jackson's name or likeness to be used, and in a sworn statement Katherine is fighting back, claiming the lawsuit would be entirely against her late son's wishes.
Katherine says in her sworn declaration: "It is not my desire, nor would it be the desire of my son Michael, to continue this lawsuit against Heal the World Foundation. Michael would be very upset, if he knew our charity was being torn down by people who say they are doing what he wanted."
Katherine says she had hoped the Estate would drop the lawsuit after she joined the Foundation's board of directors in 2010. "I had hoped that once we (Joe & Randy Jackson joined the board also) all joined the Board of Directors of Heal The World, and it was made clear my desire to be a part of the charity, that the Executors would wirthdraw this lawsuit against the charity. However, they did not."
Katherine goes on to say: "Michael's children absolutely do want to carry on their father's legacy of giving and healing and to demean and distort that desire for greed is as awful as you can get."
Katherine also claims that despite being designated as part of the committee that would make decisions regarding which charities her late son's funds were allocated to, she has been "completely excluded from any decisions concerning this issue or any other decision pertaining to my son's estate."
Going on to claim: "Nearly two years after my son's death the estate's funds are being used to hire lawyers that suppress my family's ability to support charity, instead of giving away the 20% according to his wishes."
And: "Continuing to sue his charity, even a charity that myself and my son's children support, is only one example, where the estate executors are doing the opposite of what Michael wanted, the opposite of what I want now, and instead, they do what they want and what is in their best interest."
Howard Weitzman, the attorney for Michael Jackson's Estate tells RadarOnline.com: "Mrs. Jackson's declaration is unfortunate. Michael Jackson created a Trust to protect and preserve his legacy for the ultimate benefit of his children. Michael did not and would not give away the rights to use his name, likeness and related brands to Melissa Johnson for her Heal The World Foundation. Mrs. Jackson will be part of a three person committee with the two individuals, John Branca and John McClain, selected by Michael as the trustees of his Trust. When appropriate this committee will then decide which organizations "for the benefit of children and/or children's causes" shall be the recipient of Michael Jackson's generous charitable bequests. The time for designating the charities is subject to court approval."
The case is scheduled to go to trial on Friday, April 29.

Michael would be very upset, if he knew our charity was being torn down by people who say they are doing what he wanted Now that Michael is "sort of" dead he isn't in the position to give his disapproval officially to the Estate for filing a lawsuit against HTW. I'd think that he is the only person (when he's alive) who can reject the Estate's decisions. My idea is that Katherine is Michael's spokesperson to the media. MJ's children joined the group's Youth Board of Advisors of HTW last year, which also indicates Michael's approval. Go Katherine!!

The Michael Jackson estate is firing back at Katherine Jackson -- claiming her attack on MJ executor John Branca is "a pathetic attempt to hurt the man who single-handedly ... resurrected Michael's image and fortune."
This speaks volumes in that, if John Branca remained on the up and up and "all that" to MJ, the question behind this statement centers on what motivates Mrs. Jackson to "hurt" him. As for me, I believe Mrs. Jackson's character is more honest than John Branca and company any day.

That would be 11 november 2011 Not July anymore.. I think too many people are here to make money. If you really want to help us with clues it should be done with the good will, not we have to pay . There is nothing written in the back of the paper, That type of stationary can be purchased anywhere in the world, and on top of that pearjr could have found it in the internet, and lied about it, who knows, it can go both ways. We shall wait and see. I believe PearlJr states in the YT video above that the fan claimed she saw the three pages that she’d given to MJ in the form of an image on, or somewhere within, the Michael album. (I didn’t purchase the Michael album, so I have not seen the note pages).
But again, although the lyrics look like MJ's handwriting, how do we know for sure beyond presumption? (It definitely doesn't sound like MJ's voice on the "Best of Joy" YT video I watched/listened to.)
Regarding PearlJr’s DVD, I was one who bought it when it first came out. I believe her target audience is curious non-believers who have just come in contact with the hoax theory and aren’t yet so curious that they want to do a lot of Internet research. I first learned about an alleged hoax in late January and found PearlJr’s DVD to be a nice compilation of basic hoax info that I could watch in 80 minutes. For me, it served its purpose and was thereby worth the investment.
And 11-11-11 is definitely an unusual and notable date.

She slipped up 2 times june 25 at 5pm and then june 25 at 1h30 . But Michael died on June 25 at 12H30... I don't remember the exact time. I am confused. How can she get so close to Michael? Unless she saw an impersonator. I am just thinking out loud. This is obviously interesting because the real MJ was reportedly at home dying on the morning of June 25.

The fact that he signed a shirt that said "In celebration of" and that listed the date of his death is the slip up. And if it was printed on a shirt that he had signed AFTER he signed it then the grey decoration would have covered the signature. I like how Mr. Trump finds it important to specify that Michael was his "close personal friend". Yes. I noticed that Trump has emphasized that on two different shows now (the first show and the t-shirt show).

It’s probably not the same person, but the profile of the woman being interviewed in the YT video above reminds me of the blond woman at the memorial service.
Another thing that I have always found curious is that the general public has normally never heard tell of MJ sharing his business with fans, let alone groups of fans, as the woman in the video states. So why this time? Maybe he was feeding the hoax?

I guess that the song was written then before the 25th of June 2009. So, as Pearl says, when was it recordered? and, by who?
Still there are people who think that the album Michael is fake.
That may not be true, right? If Michael had that piece of paper in his possession he could have written it after June 25th because those pieces of paper weren't revealed until recently. We were just told that he wrote that song a long time ago. And, that could be true except for the person said it was the paper she gave him June 24th.
Interesting.
And this is also presuming that the handwriting is indeed MJ's and not someone who, for whatever the reason, deliberately tried to fake it.

but how has she been able to maintaine this ability to stay there so long? This is the bottom line question that I have too. Imagine someone staying in your home and you don't want them there. The obvious solution is to tell them, not ask them, but tell them to leave. And that said, what legal right does that freeloader have to object?
Just re-reading this thread, and this statement of mine didn't come out right. :oops: The "freeloader" reference was in general and not aimed at Alejandra (idk if she's a freeloader or not). I should have said "a freeloader"  .
