Also - I just noticed the time which TS_comments posted about these tweets - it was at 12:31.Over the past 3+ years TS has often posted at times which have then related to dates either when updates were posted or other things happened.......so I wonder if anything of note will happen on 12/31.....

In October the Court granted Murray the permission to file his appeal brief, until December 21st, 2012.
